I would do a lot of grammatical editing along with sentence structure editing. I have re-written a few scenes & paragraphs to make then fit better and once, I re-wrote an entire ending because the one I originally had really bit the big one.

Father Nature's CornerG. I quite like editing overall, as I know my manuscript will be all the better for it in the end (I hope) :)Rachel Pattinsonhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05848131947437970731noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8203719610395611719.post-33922635370975957682015-07-13T12:49:53.366-04:002015-07-13T12:49:53.366-04:00I've had to cut scenes and chapters and it'...I've had to cut scenes and chapters and it's always a little sad because I feel like I did that work for nothing. Usually, I can put a few things into other scenes so it's not all lost. Or I can post the deleted scene on the blog. It's something that has to be done, so as much as I don't want to sometimes, I cut and snip.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8203719610395611719.post-74449280375240713632015-07-13T12:49:05.096-04:002015-07-13T12:49:05.096-04:00Glad you figured out how to fix the beginning.

Sometimes, I wrote an exchange that I just adore, but it has to be cut out later on down the line. It does make me a little sad, but I want the story to be the best it can be. M.J. What I find hard is adding scenes in, which I've had to do a lot with my last WIP. But I did it. I kept an open mind.
